I purchased the Signicia luggage for a recent trip. The Signicia while slightly heavier than other luggages I had owned previously, glides smoothly and navigates well on detachable wheels. The casing is strong and bears up well. The customer service and after sales service is superb. Questions I had were addressed promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend this luggage! :)

Honestly, the luggage is beautifully crafted. The silver finish looks as though it's full aluminium (wink wink) and the build quality is really solid. The leather strap is sturdy and feels good to the touch; was informed that it can hold up to 100kg of weight, which honestly is more than enough. Talking about the wheels, it glides freely with ease and with the added suspension, it really helps to dampen the load. As I'm writing this at Changi Airport, I do get people asking me about the luggage and they quote, “Looks high quality and durable”.

At first I waited for my delivery and my time of travel was in 2 days time. I contacted them and requested to deliver to me. They did deliver to me upon my request after their operating hours which was I got my luggage delivered immediately at 11pm that was on the very same day I msged them.
And upon seeing my luggage and realise got the wrong size. Msg them immediately on the very same day and I requested them for an favour of changing the size
Which they did deliver IMMEDIATELY on the same day itself

I bought my Signicia luggage for a 2-week overseas trip, and it was perfect! I love the wide handle which is sturdy and comfortable on the move. The wheels glide effortlessly in 360. They are also detachable which is a great feature, super convenient in places with limited space/when you need to place the luggage on bed. The design is sleek, lightweight, and feels premium.

Their customer service was excellent — they responded promptly to my messages and even arranged for my luggage to be ready and delivered early so I could take it on my trip, despite the website showing a later delivery date. Truly solid service and a fantastic product!

So so happy to have come across with this lovely brand. Had a trip planned and my current luggage wheel weren’t rolling well. I had contacted the staff through their WhatsApp and received a prompt reply. I asked if I can get the luggage delivered before my trip (approx 2weeks duration). To my surprise they went to extra mile to deliver it 2 days before my trip. Very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I’m very satisfied with the product.

The outer shell is lightweight while still being durable.
