What does the SIGNICIA warranty cover?
SIGNICIA’s 10 years warranty does not apply to cosmetic wear and tear, misuse, abuse or transit damage.
For transit damages, you are to report it immediately at the airport's baggage desk before leaving the baggage claim area.
SIGNICIA’s 10 years warranty covers wheels, handles and lock.
If the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, SIGNICIA will in its discretion to either fix or replace the luggage in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein.

After which, we will arrange for collection to repair and delivery it back to you.
What is the return policy?
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products purchased.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
