Defective product parts are eligible for one-to-one exchange. Please let us know via WhatsApp at +65 9347 2608 or email us at customerservice@signicia.com with the image and or video of the defects. Afterwhich, we will arrange for collection to repair and delivery it back to you.

Shipping is complimentary with any purchase.
