Wonderful customer service support during the initial chat, they are willing to give suggestions on color matching and also shows the actual photo based on your selection! Ordered and delivered within 2 working days. Luggage is very solid and light. Material seems to be very durable too.

Looks great - works great. Friendly and supportive staff - delivered a wonderful birthday surprise for my wife's birthday - she loves them

A vey unique piece that I gifted my husband. The look is something new and fresh and quality is great

👍🏻

Design is great, build quality is exceptional!

I always been using Rimowa for my travels but decided to get something cheaper for short haul flights. Whilst the price is competitive (basically same as the other renowned luggage brands out there), the quality was top notch.

Huge plus were the wheels which was marketed as the same material used in skateboard wheels. Sounded gimmicky at first but it worked extremely well. Smooth to roll and even has spring “suspension” in each wheel.

When I thought that was all, I realised the wheels and leather handles were all made with easy swap mechanisms.

Highly recommended! And support local!

I recently purchased the cabin-size luggage and have used it twice within a month for business trips. I really love the design, it looks great and has even received compliments from my colleagues.

Overall, the luggage performs very well. It feels sturdy, the wheels are smooth, and the interior compartments are thoughtfully designed, making packing and organization easy.

One downside is the plastic protective cover. Due to its material, placing the luggage into overhead compartments and handling on conveyor belts is not very smooth. The friction causes noticeable wear and tear on the cover. As a result, it seems the plastic cover may only last for a few more uses before it needs to be replaced.

Delivery was very prompt. Ordered the luggage online on a Wednesday and received it on Saturday. The wheels on the luggage was smooth as butter.

I purchased the Signicia luggage for a recent trip. The Signicia while slightly heavier than other luggages I had owned previously, glides smoothly and navigates well on detachable wheels. The casing is strong and bears up well. The customer service and after sales service is superb. Questions I had were addressed promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend this luggage! :)

This is my first purchase from Signicia & I have to say this is a very good quality luggage!! Both exterior & wheel are very sturdy 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Strongly recommended!

And the customer service (Ms Joanne) was very responsive & helpful!

Overall a very good experience for the purchase!

Purposely bought it for my US biz trip. Its very convenient, easy to bring around and very smooth ( rolling smoothly on mattress too ).
Customer service is super friendly and helpful. Get my bag within few days after i place my order.

I had a pleasant shopping experience at the showroom with sound advices and demonstration of the product.

Besides the aesthetics of the luggage, what drew me are the sturdy and smooth wheels and also the organized compartment design.

I brought it on a short Japan trip and put it to test, rolling it all over train stations and the streets and it's working fine as intended.

Hope it'll last me years, just like my old luggage did.

I just purchased this luggage and had a great experience overall. Their customer service is excellent! Very responsive and quick to resolve my issues. The staff member who attended to me was friendly and polite, which made the process even smoother.

The colour and design of the luggage are really nice; it caught my eye the moment I saw it. I haven’t used it yet, but I’m hopeful it will perform well, especially with the 10-year warranty they provide. So far, I’m very satisfied with my purchase!

Honestly, the luggage is beautifully crafted. The silver finish looks as though it's full aluminium (wink wink) and the build quality is really solid. The leather strap is sturdy and feels good to the touch; was informed that it can hold up to 100kg of weight, which honestly is more than enough. Talking about the wheels, it glides freely with ease and with the added suspension, it really helps to dampen the load. As I'm writing this at Changi Airport, I do get people asking me about the luggage and they quote, “Looks high quality and durable”.

Great Service and product quality.
