For transit damages, you are to report it immediately at the airport's baggage desk before leaving the baggage claim area.
SIGNICIA’s 10 years warranty covers wheels, handles and lock.
If the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, SIGNICIA will in its discretion to either fix or replace the luggage in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein.
