Luggage was good quality and wheels were smooth without any creaks

I had a pleasant shopping experience at the showroom with sound advices and demonstration of the product.

Besides the aesthetics of the luggage, what drew me are the sturdy and smooth wheels and also the organized compartment design.

I brought it on a short Japan trip and put it to test, rolling it all over train stations and the streets and it's working fine as intended.

I recently purchased this large suitcase for a long trip. At first, I was surprised by its unique shape, and the internal bump from the cup holder made packing a bit awkward. However, after using it for two weeks across Japan (with plenty of gravel paths and stairs), I can say it maneuvers remarkably well. Once you adjust to the design, packing becomes easy and efficient.

Honestly, the luggage is beautifully crafted. The silver finish looks as though it's full aluminium (wink wink) and the build quality is really solid. The leather strap is sturdy and feels good to the touch; was informed that it can hold up to 100kg of weight, which honestly is more than enough. Talking about the wheels, it glides freely with ease and with the added suspension, it really helps to dampen the load. As I'm writing this at Changi Airport, I do get people asking me about the luggage and they quote, “Looks high quality and durable”.
